Grout Cleaning & Restoration

Dirty, stained, or mildewed grout can make an otherwise beautiful bathroom or kitchen look neglected — and let moisture where it shouldn't go. We deep-clean, restore, regrout, and seal your grout and caulk so your tile looks fresh, watertight, and stays that way.

What We Offer

Grout Services for Every Condition

Depending on the condition of your grout, we'll recommend the right treatment — not the most expensive one.

Grout Deep-Cleaning & Color Seal

For grout that's dirty but structurally sound. We deep-clean, then apply a color sealer that locks in the fresh color and makes grout stain-resistant. Ideal for kitchens and bathrooms.

Grout Restoration & Regrouting

For grout that's crumbling, cracked, or too stained to clean. We remove the damaged grout and re-lay fresh grout for a watertight, like-new joint.

Re-Caulking

Cracked or peeling caulk around tubs, showers, and sinks lets moisture behind your tile. We remove the old caulk and apply fresh mold-resistant sealant for a clean, watertight seal.

Why it matters: Grout is porous. Without cleaning and sealing, it absorbs grime and moisture — leading to staining, mildew, and over time structural damage. Regular grout care protects both your tile and your investment.

The Process

How We Restore Your Grout

The right process depends on whether your grout needs a clean, a full regrout, or new caulk. Here's how we approach it.

1

Assess & Clean

We inspect the joints and deep-clean the tile with professional equipment to reveal the true condition of the grout.

2

Reseal or Regrout

Healthy grout is sealed with color sealer; worn or damaged grout is removed and replaced with fresh grout.

3

Recaulk Seams

Corners and seams where tile meets tub/shower/sink are re-caulked with fresh mold-resistant sealant.

4

Final Seal

Everything is sealed to resist moisture, mold, and future staining — leaving a clean, finished, watertight surface.
